Is it really free?
Yes. Under GPL-2.0 or later, you may use, modify and install it in multiple stores.
Does it modify my store's files?
It does not modify Joomla or HikaShop core files and needs no template overrides. Withdrawals are separate cases stored in their own database tables.
Can guest customers use it?
Yes. Guests identify an order with its email address and order number, without registering.
Does it make refunds automatically?
No. It suggests an amount, but the case handler approves the final sum. The payment is made through the store's own refund process.
What about the legal wording?
The extension manages a process; it does not provide legal advice. Have the editable wording reviewed by a lawyer. The store operator is responsible for legal compliance.
