Installation and first setup
Follow these four steps to install and configure the extension. Try it in a test environment first.
Upload the package
Go to System, Install, Extensions and upload the
pkg_r2r_withdrawal.zipfile. The installation summary shows what was installed (tables, component, plugins and module) and what you still need to enable.Enable the two plugins
Under System, Plugins, enable System - R2R Withdrawal and Ajax - R2R Withdrawal . In the System plugin settings, enter your store name and admin email addresses. Separate multiple addresses with commas.
Create the menu item
Under Menus, create a new menu item of type: Withdrawal declaration (wizard). For example, use the alias
elallasto make your store's withdrawal page available at/elallas.Check the setup
Go to Components, Withdrawals, Help and checks. The system checks the installation and reports anything missing. Then submit a test withdrawal using a test order.
Common issues
- The withdrawal page is blank or unresponsive
- Are both plugins enabled? Is there a published menu item of type Withdrawal declaration?
- System error in the wizard
- Enable detailed debugging in the System plugin, repeat the step and inspect r2r_withdrawal.log under System, Log files. Disable debugging afterwards.
- The order cannot be found
- The order number and its email address must both match. Customer field names can differ between HikaShop versions; the log shows what the system found.
- The button does not appear on the My Account page
- The button added to order cards depends on the HikaShop template. Choose its position in the System plugin settings. The withdrawal page recognises logged-in customers independently of this button.
